How the draw is decided
The draw is random, and seeded before anyone signs up. We generate a secret seed when the tournament is created, publish only its SHA-256 hash, and reveal the seed once the draw is made — so the randomness was fixed before there was any list to tune it against, and the result can be recomputed from the seed and the sign-up list afterwards. Reserves are ordered by the same draw, so the queue is as checkable as the field.
