How the shoe is dealt
Six decks, shuffled fresh for every hand from a seed committed before the cards come out. The commitment is published when the hand deals; the seed itself when the hand ends — so anyone who was at the table can rebuild the shoe and check it against what they were dealt.
Because the seed is the whole shoe, publishing it shows every seat's cards, not only yours. That is what the end of a hand at a real table looks like.
